Hello! My name is Skylar, and I am an American who has experience living and studying in Japan. My hobbies include listening to and enjoying all sorts of music. I also enjoy learning about and experiencing cultures from all around the world.

I am always interested in what others' culture is like, as it's one of my biggest passions and the reason why I chose to be an English tutor—to communicate and connect! My tutoring style focuses on both casual conversations and more situational-based English, such as communication for a job interview, school, or travel.
